Proofreading your InqScribe File

This video shows you the best way to proofread your InqScribe file. Since InqScribe does not have spell check, you must paste your transcript into MS-Word or Apple’s Pages. Correct all the typos that come up, and fix any other things that you see that are wrong. Then paste the corrected text back into InqScribe and save your file. InqScribe will automatically rebuild the timecode links inside the brackets.

Also, you will need to create a formatted PDF version of the transcript, and you will do this either in Pages or MS-Word. This PDF and the Word or Pages file that it was generated from should be in the Transcription/Working – Service Industry folder in Dropbox. This file will be the one you attach to your Zotero record.
